Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure a parking space.
Please come hydrated.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring:
• A (thick) mat to lie on
• Pillow(s) (for your head, under your knees)
• Eye cover and/or Scarf
• Blanket
• Socks
• Anything that makes you feel comfortable
